About Us

Our goal at Wallace is to democratize wine. Where the wine industry has often made wine almost intentionally inaccessible, we wanted to create a space that celebrates wine, features bottles from around the world, and makes it easy for you to explore regions and varietals you might be less familiar with. To do that, we've created a large by the glass list that changes regularly, and is always approachably priced. Because of that, there's always going to be a bottle open that's unusual and fun.

Our bottle list is a consistently rotating fifty bottles - not too daunting, but also not too limited - featuring winemakers from both recognized and far flung locales, producing excellent wine in both familiar and unusual styles. The menu will change regularly, and will likely be very different every time you stop in.

Beyond wine we also have a full bar and cocktail menu, featuring spirits which fit with our ethos of providing a broad array of excellent drinks at an approachable price.
